Through WyldLife, Young Life, and YoungLives, we build caring relationships with middle schoolers, high schoolers, and young families. 🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Local teens devastated by disappointing dollar store wreath. 🚨🎄

The sadness is real. The acting? Oscar-worthy. The wreath? Well… you be the judge. 😂

Some of our Young Life kids took matters into their own hands and made this very serious commercial to remind you that there IS a better way to decorate for Christmas!

Some came to Young Life club ready to line dance. Others were still figuring out which left was their other left. 🤠😂

Last week at the barn, we put our boots to work with lots of line dancing and some square dancing! We had some experts, some enthusiastic beginners, and a few people whose main strategy was “follow whoever looks confident.” 💃🕺

Chloe helped us think about a different kind of step: trusting Jesus even when it’s hard. Through Peter stepping out onto the water and Jesus calming the storm, we explored how the boat can feel like the safest place to stay—but Jesus sometimes invites us to step into something that feels uncertain and trust Him there. 🌊💙

You’ve seen the colorful games and hilarious moments at club—but did you know there’s another way students connect through Young Life?

Campaigners is our small-group Bible study, where students gather with friends and trusted leaders to dig into Scripture, ask honest questions, and discover how faith connects to everyday life. It’s a place to be heard, encouraged, and challenged as they get to know Jesus.

We love seeing students lean into these conversations, encourage one another, and make discoveries of their own. There’s something special about growing in faith together—and yes, there’s still plenty of laughter! 😊

POV: you show up to WyldLife Club and somehow end up covered in donut glaze. 🍩💀

Our FIRST club of the year was a whole vibe. We kept the hoedown theme going, met up in the barn, and got VERY competitive with some sticky, messy, absolutely delicious donut games. 😂

Ashley also brought us the story of Zacchaeus and talked about what happens when we really meet Jesus—He starts changing our hearts to look more like His. ❤️

Barn? ✔️
Donuts? ✔️
Chaos? …respectfully, yes. 😂
First club of the year? 10/10.

We’re just getting started. 🤠💚

🏀🏈⚽️ YoungLives Club is officially back! ⚾️🏐🥎

A little team bonding competition? ✅
An EXTREMELY clear winner? 😂🏆
Good laughs with good people? Absolutely.

Our first official YoungLives Club of the year was a pretty great way to kick things off. And yes… the video may tell the story of that team bonding activity better than we ever could. 😂

We also spent some time in John talking about a simple invitation:

Come and see.

Philip told Nathaniel to come and see Jesus for himself. Jesus gave a similar invitation to two of John the Baptist’s followers—come, spend some time with me, and see.

That’s what we hope YoungLives can be: a place to come as you are, ask questions, laugh a lot, and explore who Jesus is for yourself. No perfect answers required. No question is too weird. Just a safe place to wonder, talk, and discover.

We’re pretty excited about this crew. 💚

🐷🤠 WHAT. A. NIGHT. 🤠🐷

We honestly could not have asked for a better Barn Party! Perfect weather, delicious food, plenty of games, lots of dancing, new friends, familiar faces, and a whole lot of reasons to smile.

From the pig roast and all the sides to the games, line dancing, laughter, and conversations around the barn — it was one of those nights that reminds us just how special the Midland Young Life community is. 💙💚🩷💛🧡

Thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated with us! We hope you had as much fun as we did and left with full bellies, happy hearts, and maybe a few new friends. 🥳

And yes… this video is a little long. 😂
