4word started to address a few needs in our community, in a slightly different way. We believe our needs are very often symptoms of greater underlying problems in our world and lives. We believe that our world is very broken, and this brokenness has ruined our relationships with ourselves, with others, with the world, and with God. Our programming and practical services aim to help us develop meaningful, long-term relationships with people; To help in simple, practical ways to help you gain employment, but also to help you grow your circle of trustworthy friends who are cheering you on.

We are here to serve our community. It doesn’t matter how much money is in your pocket, or who you know. We believe God has created you for a purpose and we want to help you realize and live that purpose out. Whether you’re out of work or want to get out of your current work. We can assist you in moving on to the next stage of your career, or help coach you on better spending habits so you can achieve your financial goals.
