Thoren is a very social , cat friendly funny little guy. He’s easy going and we think would do well with dogs if introduced properly!

He is 4 years old.

We have 2 FRONT ROW CENTER !!! VIP TICKETS for OMGITSWICKS that we are raffling off to raise money for the rescue. Show is October 4th at the Gleason performing art center at FIT.

We are currently only selling tickets during open hours Monday/Wednesday 4-8 & Saturdays 10-4 and using PAYPAL.

We are a 501c3 Non profit organization.

That means every person you see here — answering messages, cleaning kennels, doing laundry , transporting animals, or helping with adoptions — is giving up their free time to volunteer because they care about getting these animals into loving homes.

We have been very fortunate to be super busy this season.
Sometimes we’re short-staffed. Responses may take longer. Things might not always move as quickly as we’d like. We’re human, and we’re doing this on top of jobs, families, and everything else life throws at us.

But the people who show up are here for one reason: the animals.

We thank you for your patience, your kindness, and your continued support. It genuinely helps us keep going so more animals can find their forever homes.

Lestat is desperately in need of an adopter who understands cats and has a lot of time to tire him out with toys and other entertainment.

Lestat thus far has not enjoyed the company of other cats but may do well with a larger dog who can be his animal friend and give him someone to play with.

We do not believe a home with senior cats or young kids is ideal - but we know someone out there is perfect for him.

If interested we would recommend coming to meet him in person during our open hours. Hes the type of kitty you should meet to see his personality .

UPDATE- Adopted

Happy Monday from Bo Bigfoot!

Bo is a 4 year old gentle giant who was brought in when his owners lost their housing. He loves attention and is very affectionate with people. He has a lot if energy and loves to watch the lizards outside the window.

Bo came in suffering from a flea allergy so he has some hair loss on his tail and back legs but since he is on flea control now we are hoping it will grow back soon!

This week we did 29 adoptions!

Stryder (black) is two years old and likes other cats. He can be shy at first but he opens up after a little bit and will even show you his tummy! He keeps getting overlooked but is patiently waiting.

Julep (grey) is ten years old. She is always the first at the door to greet you and is looking for somewhere to retire. She does great with other cats and we think would do great with a dog if properly introduced.

They are both at our adoption center and accepting visitors Mondays & Wednesdays 4-8 and Saturdays 10-4pm at 1465 Cypress Ave , Melbourne FL 32935.

You’ve seen them before but theyre all still waiting!

Grams is a senior with hyperthyroidism, she will tolerate other cats but would thrive in a quiet house. She’d make a great buddy for a retired person or be a great work at home office companion.

Cove is another senior filled with tortitude. She also would prefer to be the center of attention , but can tolerate other kitties. She just wants somewhere quiet to watch out the window or lay on a couch.

Gloop and Siber the six year olds are sweet , extremely cat friendly and social with people and other animals.

Wild Card needs to be adopted by someone who understands cats. She can be sweet with the volunteers who are patient with her and can tell when she’s over stimulated. She would do best as a solo girl.

Missy and Mister are bonded and 4 years old and are looking for a home together. Both are friendly with people and cats.

None of them have had any applications or interested visitors in the many months theyve been in rescue - but we know the right people are out there somewhere.
