TWLOHA is not a 24-hour helpline, nor are we trained mental health professionals. TWLOHA hopes to serve as a bridge to help. We invite you to use our FIND HELP Tool to locate local and affordable professional resources by entering in your zip code: twloha.com/find-help. If this is an emergency, or if you are worried that you or someone you know may be at risk for su***de, please call your local au

thorities (911), contact a mental health professional, or call and talk to someone at the National Su***de Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255. You can also text TWLOHA to 741741 to be connected to a trained crisis counselor thanks to Crisis Text Line. It's free, confidential, and available 24/7.

Our Peer Support Program (twloha.com/peersupport) gives people a place to show up as they are and share space with others who know what it’s like to struggle with their mental health.

These groups are free, confidential, and led by trained peer facilitators. Offered in partnership with Peer Support Space and Here Tomorrow.

Your support during Su***de Prevention Month is part of what makes this program possible. We’ve already seen so much growth this year, and we want to keep providing a safe place for people to show up with others who understand what it’s like to struggle. Every dollar raised has a real impact on people who are searching for help.

There’s more to experience.
There’s more to feel.
There’s more.
More time. More connection. More twists and turns. More delight. More growth.

We can’t predict how these unwritten moments will transpire. But if you stay? If you keep writing your story? If you do the brave thing, the hard thing, the hopeful thing? So much becomes possible. https://twloha.com/blog/this-is-not-the-end-of-your-story/

Worrying is normal. And sometimes valid. But if the worry feels like it's always taking away your joy, don't be afraid to ask for help.

September is Su***de Prevention Month.

Every 43 seconds, we lose someone to su***de. Behind every loss, there are countless others struggling in silence. As a community, we’re coming together to raise funds to make mental health care more accessible.

Holding onto hope in seasons of grief, despair, or general heaviness isn’t easy. But this isn’t the end of your story. This chapter right now is not the one that defines the whole narrative. Read more about why we believe in the statement, “This is not the end of your story,” now on the TWLOHA Blog.
