Today, we’re continuing our celebration of pastors who are making an impact across Brevard County during by recognizing Pastor Troy Stanley of First Christian Church Cocoa Beach , nominated for our Hands & Feet Award.

His nomination shared a beautiful picture of a pastor who doesn’t just talk about serving others—he lives it every day. As a retired U.S. Navy veteran, Pastor Troy understands the sacrifices made by our military members and their families. Today, he continues a lifetime of service by supporting active-duty military members, veterans, and military families, including donating food and helping ensure families have the care and resources they need.

Through First Christian Church Cocoa Beach’s food pantry, he also helps provide food and support to individuals and families throughout the community. And his heart for serving reaches the youngest members of our community, too!

One standout example is the church’s Surf Camp Vacation Bible School, where children experience the excitement of surfing while learning about faith, teamwork, encouragement, and God’s love. It’s a unique and memorable way to help young hearts grow in faith while building connections that extend beyond the waves.

Whether he’s serving from the pulpit, helping a family with groceries, supporting our military community, or spending time with children at Surf Camp, Pastor Troy leads by example.

That’s what being the hands and feet of Jesus looks like—meeting people where they are, recognizing their needs, and responding with generosity, compassion, and love.

Today, we’re continuing our Pastor Appreciation celebration by recognizing Pastor Ken & Betsy Delgado of The House Church PB , who were nominated for our Compassion in Action Award.

The nominations we received painted a beautiful picture of pastors who don’t just preach about the love of Jesus—they live it out through genuine care, personal connection, and a heart for serving others.

One nominator shared how Pastor Ken and his wife, Betsy, have walked alongside their family through an incredibly difficult season, offering unwavering support and demonstrating the true love of Jesus when it was needed most.

Another nomination highlighted Pastor Ken’s commitment to making sure families feel cared for, sharing how he goes beyond a phone call by taking time to meet with people, check on them, and make sure they know they belong.

As one nominator so beautifully put it, Pastor Ken's weekly reminder is: “We are a family of families.”

And that heart for family extends beyond the church walls! From helping single moms with automotive needs to offering financial and budgeting classes and supporting community events like the , Pastor Ken & Betsy continually look for ways to help people live better and build a stronger community.

That’s what compassion in action looks like—showing up, walking alongside others through life’s hardest moments, and finding meaningful ways to put love into practice.

Love INC of Brevard was honored to celebrate 20 years of ministry, service, and partnership with Church for the Beach on Sunday! We’re grateful to join Pastor Jim Caple and the church family in celebrating this incredible milestone and all God has done through their faithful service.

Although our Executive Director, Kristy Stuart, couldn’t attend in person, she shared a special video message offering congratulations, heartfelt well wishes, and prayers on behalf of the entire Love INC family. Her message joined greetings from ministry partners and missionaries whose lives and ministries have been touched by Church for the Beach over the years. What a beautiful reminder that when we serve together, the impact reaches far beyond our own church walls!

We are thankful for our partnership with Pastor Jim Caple and Church for the Beach and their heart for serving our neighbors in need. Kingdom collaboration makes a difference, and we’re blessed to walk alongside churches that are committed to loving their communities well.

Happy 20th anniversary, Church for the Beach! We celebrate all God has done through your church family and look forward with excitement to all He has in store for the years ahead!
