Julia Gottlieb is a Master of Public Health student at Ohio University with a background in public health and psychology. She currently serves as a Research Analyst with the Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council in the Health Policy Department, where she contributes to clinical research, data curation, technical writing, and the development of public-facing reports.
Julia brings experience in both quantitative and qualitative methods, including data collection design, applied public health research, and translating complex information into actionable insights for practice and policy. Her work also includes program development, evaluation planning, and creating data-informed resources tailored to community needs.
Through her work with Boots to Health Foundation, Julia will apply her skills in research, program evaluation, and outcome-focused analysis to support and strengthen Veteran wellness initiatives. She is passionate about bridging data and community impact to drive meaningful, sustainable change.
