Serving Central PA. Thrift Store Open to the Public. We assist in payment of medical bills, offer wigs, clothing, knitted knockers and other products free of charge to cancer patients. We are funded through donations and profits from our retail thrift store located in Mechanicsburg, PA.

We are so excited to announce that Zimmerman's Automotive Tire Pros has now raised $2,196 for Pink Hands of Hope! 🎉

Our goal is $3,000, which means we're officially OVER 73% OF THE WAY THERE!

As many of you know.. every year we do SHOP WITH A COP. A local event sponsored by our local police to help children in the area have a great Christmas.

We here at Pink Hands of Hope get up to 25 local girls shopping at Pink Hands for their Holiday gifts.

We like to give them a "GOODIE BAG" filled with fun items to enhance their Christmas.

But, we need your help!

If you would like to donate between 5-25 items for in the bags.. simply let us know or drop them by the store- located at 5325 E Trindle Rd, Mechanicsburg with a note SHOP WITH A COP.

We are blessed to participate in this event each year and we love to give each girl just a little something extra to help make their Christmas GREAT..

💗 We're in the FINAL week of October, and we're SO CLOSE to reaching our $10,000 goal!

Throughout Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our Pink Hands of Hope family has come together to help local cancer patients facing more than just a diagnosis. Medical bills, insurance copays, prescriptions, and everyday expenses don't stop when cancer enters your life.

That's why our Helping Hands of Hope program is so important. Every dollar raised helps ease the financial burden for local patients and their families, allowing them to focus on what matters most—their health and healing.

💕 Whether you can give $10, $25, $50, or more, every gift makes a difference. And if you've already donated, THANK YOU! We couldn't do this without you!

Our 3rd Annual Fighting Cancer with Smiles continues all October long at East Main Dental, with a different food truck joining us each week to help raise money for Pink Hands of Hope! 🎀
