Many individuals with HS spend years searching for answers before receiving a diagnosis. During HS Awareness Week, we come together to raise awareness, share knowledge, amplify patient voices, and advocate for better care and support.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

Living with a chronic skin condition can impact more than physical health. It can affect confidence, emotions, relationships, identity, and overall well-being. Many people siliently carry stress, anxiety, grief, isolation, and emotional exhaustion while trying to manage daily life.

This month is a reminder to prioritize mental wellness, show compassion to yourself and others, and recognize that healing includes both the mind and body.

You do not have to carry everything alone. Your feelings matter. Your story matters. And most importantly - you matter.
