The result wasn't what we hoped for, but this team gave us something much bigger than a scoreline.

After 52 years away from the FIFA World Cup, Les Grenadiers carried our flag with pride, reminded the world that Haiti belongs on football's biggest stage, and united millions of Haitians across the globe.

To every player, coach, and member of the staff: thank you for representing Haiti with courage, passion, and heart. You gave our children heroes to look up to and gave our community unforgettable moments to celebrate together.

This may be the end of this World Cup journey, but it is only the beginning of what's next for Haitian football.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW!

Last night was one of the most enjoyable evenings.

Guital Mercedat and Francesse Mercedat honored nine community leaders for the impact they have made in the Haitian community in the diaspora, particularly in Boston, Massachusetts.
