We all know someone who's battling cancer, someone who has won the battle against cancer and/or someone who has succumbed to this terrible disease. Our mission as Criolas Contra Cancer is to be available to these individuals whether is to help them financially to the best of our capabilities or to just provide emotional support at a time of need. We want to reach out to individuals battling the di
sease, caretakers or family members caring for individuals battling the disease and to anyone who may need a comforting word at a desperate time of their life. We want to especially bring awareness to our community about the importance of early detection of diseases such as Breast cancer. Lets not be ashamed of being affected by it. Instead, lets reach out and learn about causes, cures and possible preventions of many diseases we are all affected by. We do not limit ourselves to just helping people battling cancer. We want to make ourselves available to anyone who is in need of support for any unfortunate reason. We raise funds by participating in community events such as summer festivals, holding celebratory dinners & fundraisers, partying for a cause at local night club venues who support the cause, and selling Criolas Contra Cancer merchandise such as tshirts, mugs and bracelets. 100% of funds go to those less fortunate and in need.
