What's your experience with health care in the Northwoods?

Maybe finding care was easy.

Maybe you had to wait months for an appointment.

Maybe you've relied on telehealth, traveled long distances, or found a provider who made all the difference.

NAMI Northwoods is gathering input from residents of Marathon, Lincoln, Langlade, Taylor, and Price counties to better understand access to physical health care, mental health care, and substance use or addiction treatment.

We're interested in what's working well and where improvements could be made.

Whether your experience has been positive, negative, or somewhere in between, we want to hear from you.
