The work we do would not be possible without continued community support. Today, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the West End Health Foundation for making a commitment to help support West End residents in need of care and support at Trillium House through a special grant to the Dan Mazzuchi Care Fund.

With this help, we were able to provide 50 days of care to our West End neighbors.

We had a wonderful visit with the folks from MSU IMPART Alliance and AgeAlive who brought us “A Caregiver’s Butterfly Garden” and caregiver training opportunities with our partners at Caregiver Incentive Project! Be sure to stop by to see our beautiful paper flower and butterfly garden while in town.
