We're gearing up for the inaugural Marquette Fringe Festival, and could sure use all of the help we can get to make it happen!

Volunteer applications are now live for tasks and positions including venue setup and clean up, audience admission and ushering, stage sound/light support, and more for the Marquette Spectacle on Friday, October 23 and Downtown Festival on Saturday, October 24.

Whether you have a couple hours to share or are interested in a more involved position, we're grateful for your interest and consideration.

Q: 'Am I a big enough artist to apply?'
A: If you make art, yes. Pedigree not required. Emerging artists, hobbyists with serious chops, first-timers — all welcome. The bar is: you're making work you believe in, and you can perform it live.

Q: 'What does it cost?'
A: Application is free. If accepted, you get a performance slot at the inaugural Marquette Fringe, marketing support, a built-in audience hungry for new work, and a community of artists doing the kind of work you wish more people saw.

On Saturday, October 24th, downtown Marquette becomes your stage. We're partnering with three incredible local venues, and the festival happens at all of them throughout the day:

📍 The Honorable Distillery
📍 Landmark Inn

Attendees stroll from venue to venue, hopping between shows and discovering acts in some of the coolest spaces in town. No single stage, no single crowd. Just live performance woven right into downtown Marquette.
