Our first Mindful Moments of the year kicks off on May 20th at 6pm with Kate Lewandowski of !
As an owner & practitioner, Kate yearns to minimize suffering and provide individuals with options & inspiration to feel good. At BeWell Kate shares information and practices surrounding movement, meditation, self massage & especially the breath.
At this event, she will focus on the Breath and how it connects us to our true selves. What is behind the breath, and how to surrender to it.
