Jubilee Family Development Center Jubilee provides high quality academic, athletic and occupational programs that foster personal, social and spiritual growth and the stability of families.

Our Programs provide opportunities for young people that center on educational enrichment and academic assistance, athletic programs and occupational training. Three are described below. After School Tutorial Program- 90% of students participating demonstrated academic improvement by one letter grade. Mentoring Program- Improves self-esteem, exposes youth to positive role models, increases social

awareness and teaches problem solving skills. Summer Enrichment Camp- Provides a disciplined and structured environment where children take part in high quality summer programs that blend academics, art, sports and technology which stave off summer learning loss.

Calling All Fathers and Father Figures! Jubilee is hosting a Men 2 School Community Luncheon on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM! This free event is open to 50 adult men and 50 boys ages 7 to 18. The Girls Empowered for More Success(GEMS) ladies spent our last session of the school year at La Carretta 🇲🇽🌮✨

Over lunch we discussed highlights and challenges from the academic year as well as something we’re looking forward to this summer.

Our ladies highlights were academic and athletic achievements including but not limited to honor roll 📚and making the cheerleading, basketball, and track teams! 📣🏀👟

Most of our challenges were finishing the school year strong by doing well on our SOL’s! 🤓

We are most looking forward to some summertime fun! ☀️🌊

Congratulations to our Jubilee Jewels AAU basketball team! Last weekend they travelled to Rock Hill, South Carolina and played in the Big Shots tournament. Our Jubilee Jewels played in the 8th grade division with only one 8th grader! The rest of the girls were 6th and 7th graders, and our Jubilee Jewels placed 1st in the 8th grade division! The Jubilee Jewels are the Champions of the Hot Shots Middle School Division, and team member Isabella Williams is the MVP!

The Big Shots tournament is also special because it is attended by professional athletes and coaches to scout future players. Everything we do at Jubilee is about building better lives for our youth and families, and one way we do that is through sports. Congratulations again ladies!!! 🏀💎🏀💎🏀💎
