Auxiliary to Lubbock Professional Firefighters Local 972

Auxiliary to Lubbock Professional Firefighters Local 972 Non profit organization that supports the Lubbock Professional Firefighter Association and donates to local charities in the Lubbock community.

The auxiliary is made up of any person regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, s*x, or gender that is 18 years or older and has an affiliation with an active/retired/deceased member of the Lubbock Professional Firefighter Association. For anyone under 18 years of age, we encourage students to volunteer with our events to achieve their school organization volunteer hours requirement.

We meet on the second Thursday of each month for our regular business meetings where we discuss and plan events for the department as a whole and welcome guest speakers at various times. The purpose of the Auxiliary is to cooperate with and support the goals and ideology of the Lubbock Professional Firefighters Association, as well as to promote fellowship and good will within Lubbock Fire Rescue.
