To my esteemed members of Women Veterans of America Chapter 53, I am reaching out as your Commander to respectfully request your support for the Lubbock Regional Veterans Honor Guard at the new West Texas State Veteran Cemetery. They are currently facing a substantial challenge with two daily burials, a large backlog, and limited volunteer resources. Your participation would be a valuable contribution to this noble cause. Director of the West Texas State Veteran Cemetery is looking for any volunteers who would like to come out to the cemetery on Friday at 9 o’clock to help police the area, pick some weeds, and get our grounds, pristine for opening day. If you would like to volunteer, please come out. Any help is appreciated.
