LSC meeting schedule: AA weekdays at noon and weekends at 10 am. AA evenings at 7:30 on Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Al-Anon meetings are Tuesday at 7 pm in FROM room 21 and 10 am Friday at the club. AA Meetings are every evening at 7:30, Tuesdays and Fridays at 4:30, Monday - Friday at noon and Saturday and Sunday at 10 am. Al-Anon meets Tuesdays at 7 pm and Fridays at 10 am

Worries may come into our minds without invitation. We cannot always control what happens around us, but we can choose how much time and attention we give those worries.

Al-Anon reminds us that we can let go of what is beyond our control and focus on what we can change: ourselves.

When emotions run high, I can choose to pause and consciously adjust my tone, volume, and pace.

Speaking softly and gently can help create a peaceful atmosphere. I cannot control how others respond, but I can choose how I speak.

Sometimes, the smallest change in my behavior creates a ripple of calm.
