Roanoke Ranch for Kids summer season is officially gearing up! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

This past weekend, we hosted our second Ranch Orientation of the spring, welcoming an incredible group of new and returning crew ready to jump into a summer full of purpose, laughter, hard work, horse hair, and probably at least one missing glove. ๐Ÿ˜…

โ˜บ๏ธFrom learning safety and horsemanshipโ€ฆto understanding how to serve kids with compassion, patience, and leadershipโ€ฆour Ranch Crew spent the day learning โ€œthe ropesโ€ โ€” literally and figuratively.

And while yes, there was serious training involvedโ€ฆ letโ€™s be honestโ€ฆ
itโ€™s hard to have a bad day when horses are involved. ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿด

At Roanoke Ranch for Kids, our Ranch Crew are more than helpers.

They are encouragers. Mentors. Role models. Difference-makers.

Every gate opened, every saddle carried, every nervous child encouraged, and every smile shared helps create a place where kids can feel safe, seen, valued, and loved.

Behind every ride, every moment, and every successful connection a kid has with a horse. ๏ฟผis a crew that shows up and gives their all. Weโ€™re so thankful for the people who support this work and love these horses just as much as we do. Couldnโ€™t ask for a better team
