Turns out we were a little low on “Vitamin Amanda!” 😂💛

Packed with laughter, encouragement, and a healthy dose of keeping us all on track, she’s an essential part of our daily routine! 🩺😆

We are so glad Amanda, our Clinical Director and Hyperbaric Nurse, was back with us this week after a little vacation. Our recommended daily dose has officially been restored! 💛

🍎 October Tip of the Week: Eat With the Season! 🎃

Fall farmers markets are full of delicious foods that make healthy eating a little more fun this time of year.

Look for seasonal favorites like:
🍎 Apples
🎃 Pumpkin & winter squash
🥕 Carrots and root vegetables
🥬 Kale and other hearty greens
🍠 Sweet potatoes

Seasonal produce is a great way to add more color, fiber, vitamins and variety to your meals.

This week, stop by a local farmers market or farm stand and pick up one fall fruit or vegetable you don’t normally buy. Then find a new way to enjoy it!

Small choices add up. 🌿

🍁 Fall activities can be fun… and surprisingly hard on your body!

Raking leaves, cleaning up the yard, carrying decorations, sitting through sporting events, and spending more time indoors can all leave your back, neck, and shoulders feeling it.

A few ways to protect your body this season:
• Warm up before yard work
• Switch sides when raking or carrying
• Bend through your hips and knees instead of your back
• Take breaks instead of trying to finish everything at once
• Stretch gently when you’re done

And if something starts feeling “off,” don’t ignore it for weeks hoping it will disappear. Your body usually appreciates a little attention sooner rather than later. 🌿

🌿 Don’t let your chiropractic care fall off the calendar this fall!

When you’re feeling good, it can be easy to start stretching out those appointments. But staying consistent with your chiropractic adjustments can help support healthy movement, mobility, posture, and overall function.

Regular care can also be especially helpful when life gets busier — more time sitting, driving kids around, working at a desk, tackling fall yard work, or simply dealing with everyday physical stress.

Think of chiropractic care as part of your regular wellness routine, not just something you turn to when something hurts. 💚

When the Office Manager goes on vacation and the nurses suddenly become receptionists...
Please be patient with us.
Please speak slowly.
And please don't ask us anything too complicated.
We've got this... probably.
