Support Long Beach Gives! There are so many worthy organizations doing great work in Long Beach. Here's a personal story from one of our fundholder partners - Health and Human Services at the City of Long Beach.

Vondella's Story

Small comforts can make a big difference when someone is starting over. After experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity, Vondella received groceries and a sofa bed through the HHS Fund as she settled into her new home. Now she is able to get a good night’s rest in stable housing, all because her case manager saw an opportunity to provide care through direct client support.

From Sept. 18-24, support the Health and Human Services (HHS) Fund through to help provide essential items to more program participants as they work toward stability. 💙

📣 Grant Application Deadline closing Thursday, July 23 - Apply Now!

LBCF will award $5,000 - $15,000 to  nonprofits or schools who program community events benefiting residents within the Long Beach Airport flight paths.

Previously funded programs include large neighborhood gatherings, music festivals, and unique enrichment programs for youth in LBUSD schools.
