FOUNDING BOARD MEMBERS WANTED — LOS ANGELES

Crystal Clear is developing a proposed TK–5 public charter school built around smaller learning communities, strong educator-student relationships, early intervention, student belonging, attendance support, and meaningful family partnership.

We are assembling a founding governance team and seeking professionals with experience in education, finance/accounting, law/compliance, special education/student services, facilities/real estate, community engagement, and nonprofit/organizational leadership.

This is a working governance opportunity for individuals interested in helping establish and oversee a new public charter school in Los Angeles, with a proposed 2027–2028 launch.

Do you see what I see? God is the ultimate Alpha and Omega. I have to be obedient I see a multibillion dollar enterprise, immediate solutions, long term sustainabilty!!!

What we are seeking are 1 professional Certified Professional Account CPA, Principal TK-2 grade can be retired, A teacher in grades TK-2, A parent Tk-2, Youth Development Leader, Educational Specialist, Child Pyschcologist, Peditritician, business development Team BDT specifically for nonprofit fundraising needs and community development events, a capture manager for the handling of our mix delivery partnership ventures.

Monday Power Hour Discussion will include: roles for vote to lead within official roles on the nonprofit board of governance.

This is voluntarily until voted in and /or verified to be able to employ to offer per diems and salaries and Administrator roles for petitioning for our charter school /HUD 8a/ Workforce Development authorizations and contracts.

We will be hosting.a planning meeting next Monday October 5, 2026 at 6:30pm -8pm Virtually. Those who have the heart to love, care, lead, and walk in integrity with intentional knowledge and expertise in these areas please email us for registration and access!

We would love to hear from you and know if you are interested in leading on the Governance Board. We will have Open Sign up Sheet and These position will be for mission accountability, alignment, compliance, and long term sustainability!

If you are not serious and knowledgeable please don't waste your time or ours. We are being intentional with a quick deadline for authorization of our Independent Charter submissions.

Can you commit to a hour and half to two hours of your time for a board meeting every other month? Is what we ask of you.
