100% of gifts made to DCCF’s Community Emergency Relief Fund between now and September 10 will go directly to support our partners in the community doing the work. Douglas County Community Foundation will match your donations up to $10,000 and present that gift to our Helitack Heroes at our upcoming Heroes Gala.

The Theme: The Human Effect in the Age of AI is to embrace that while all of our partners and heroes utilize AI and new technology in their service to Douglas County, the human effect they bring can never be replaced.

Connectivity Hour: The evening starts greeted with a glass of champagne and a chance to explore the vehicles, helicopters, and planes of our Hero partners. Grab a drink from one of our open bars and check out our curated silent auction items.

The Evening: Bringing together County politicians, leaders, and business owners, the evening of philanthropy is dedicated to honoring our Hero Awardees and fundraising for the DCCF legacy of impact in Douglas County. There are many ways to participate: Heads or Tails, Live Auction, and Paddle Raise.

✨This year was our biggest celebration to date, with $100,000 of grants going to deserving organizations!

A few weeks ago, we gathered 25 nonprofits who are shining examples of leadership that strengthens our community and enriches the lives of every resident in Douglas County. Our Impact Grants are meant to support nonprofits in our community creating lasting change through their mission, programs, and projects.
At this year’s DCCF board retreat, our group heavily discussed some of the most important areas of need in our community. From that, we decided to weigh applications that meet the Board’s FOCUS AREAS of Youth, Veterans & First Responders, Direct Mental Health, and indirect Mental Health Programming.

We want to thank you all for your steadfast dedication to Douglas County and for continuing to make it the best place to live. Congrats! ✨

How could we ever thank them enough! Our first responders have been busy saving our communities and putting their lives on the line.

We want to thank them the best way we know how! 100% of gifts made to DCCF’s Community Emergency Relief Fund between now and July 31st will go directly to support our partners in the community doing the work. Douglas County Community Foundation will match your donations up to $10,000 to be deployed to support fire and emergency efforts already being made this year by our government agency partners and nonprofits in our community.
