🧬💙 Today is Rare Chromosome Disorder Awareness Day.

Behind every rare chromosome diagnosis is a child, a family, and a story that deserves to be seen and understood.

These conditions may be rare—but the courage of the families navigating them is not.
We honor their journeys and the care teams working alongside them. If you can, help shine a light:

🤲 Fetal care doesn’t happen in isolation.

It takes collaboration between families, specialists, researchers, and centers working together to navigate complex prenatal diagnoses and improve outcomes for babies and parents. 🤍

The Fetal Health Foundation exists to help strengthen those connections—so families can access better answers, sooner support, and coordinated care when it matters most. 💙

🏈💙 Brandon Hasten spends his days playing football on both offense and defense, competing in baseball and wrestling, and preparing for college this fall. It's hard to imagine that he was once a 27-week preemie weighing just 3 lbs. 3 oz. and facing significant heart and lung challenges.

Today, Brandon is thriving—a testament to expert care, perseverance, and a mother who never stopped advocating for her son. ✨ His inspiring journey highlights the impact of Stanford Medicine Children's Health CRIB Program, which helps premature babies with complex heart and lung conditions get the best possible start.

💛 June is World Infertility Awareness Month. 💛

According to the World Health Organization, an estimated 1 in 6 people worldwide experience infertility during their lifetime. Behind that statistic are millions of individuals and families navigating hope, heartbreak, uncertainty, and resilience. 🌿

At Fetal Health Foundation, we stand with those longing to grow their families, those in the midst of fertility treatments, those grieving pregnancy loss, and those facing difficult reproductive journeys. 🤍

This month, we honor your strength, acknowledge your struggles, and reaffirm that you are not alone. Together, we can foster understanding, compassion, and support for everyone affected by infertility. 🕊️✨

Lauren and Seth’s son Samuel was diagnosed with a life-limiting fetal condition during pregnancy, turning a time they had imagined with joy into one filled with heartbreak and uncertainty. With compassionate support from their care team at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, they were able to meet Samuel and spend precious time with him at the Garbose Family Special Delivery Unit, creating memories they will always hold close.

In the year since Samuel’s birth, Lauren has honored his life in an extraordinary way—donating more than 6,500 ounces of breastmilk in his memory to help babies in CHOP’s care.

On what would have been Samuel’s first birthday, Lauren and Seth returned to the hospital to drop off another donation, bringing back the containers that once held hundreds of bags of milk.

We are deeply moved by their love and generosity. Through Lauren’s giving, Samuel’s legacy continues to nourish and support other babies and families.
