Voices West An audience favorite since 1978, Voices West draws singers from across the Denver Metro area

Voices West, formerly the Littleton Chorale, is a not-for profit choir which began under founding director Bud Nicholson in 1978. Since the first downbeat, Voices West has grown through the vision of six directors. The chorus draws singers and supporters from Metro Denver including Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Lakewood, Denver, and Aurora; Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson Counti

es; and neighboring regions with performances throughout the greater metro Denver, Colorado area. In addition, Voices West frequently collaborates with outstanding choral and instrumental ensembles including the Denver Philharmonic Orchestra, Colorado Chamber Orchestra, Littleton Symphony Orchestra, Colorado Wind Ensemble, Kutandara, Young Voices of Colorado, Boulder Chorale, and area elementary and high schools. Voices West does a fundraiser for two elementary schools every year to fund their music programs. Dr. Michael Krueger, current Music Director and Conductor, continues the exciting tradition and vision of creating great music for the Metro Denver area.

Here's a sneak peek at the program for tomorrow night's 'Horizons of the Soul' performance featuring our auditioned small group, Summit Sound!

At this concert, Summit Sound is singing is all about dreams, visions, and possibilities...the concert repertoire includes three premieres by Colorado composers, including one by one of our own members, Miriam (Summit Sound soprano)!

Voices West's auditioned small group, Summit Sound, is honored to present our upcoming 'Horizons of the Soul: Music of Dreams, Visions & Imagination' concert on May 15th!

**This concert is free to the public; donations gratefully accepted in ๏ปฟ๏ปฟsupport of Voices West.**

We are especially excited for this performance as Voices West has commissioned an original piece from a local Denver area composer, Sarah Perske -- her piece is entitled 'Perpetua's Dream,' and Summit Sound cannot wait to perform this exquisite piece for you! The group will also be performing fantastic original pieces by Miriam Cummings and Tim Girard.
