Our goal: To prepare & deliver free after-school PB&J meals for kids in food-insecure areas of Lima, Ohio

Forever grateful to the 17 individuals, groups, clubs, organizations, businesses and foundations who supported the goal of replacing our "very experienced" delivery van with this beauty. Same mission, same dedicated volunteers, same yummy free meals... just with a new look! Watch and listen for us year-round throughout the city of Lima!

The replacement van is nearly ready to hit the streets! Thanks to the amazing support of our special fundraising project, we'll have a more powerful speaker system!

We sooooo appreciate the generous folks who use our Amazon Wish List to send us much needed items... and we ask that people who would like an acknowledgement of their gift please INDICATE THAT THEY WANT A GIFT RECEIPT and add their name when prompted during the order process. We're not sure if Amazon changed their procedures, but lately, we've received several Amazon orders with no way to identify who they were sent by. Thank you so much!

What a beautiful afternoon to Spread The Love! We shared PB&J sack meals, hugs and smiles with 50 kiddos... AND BONUS... Miss Wilma from the Lima Chapter of Altrusa International joined us to share free books with kids of all ages!

Another Sneak Peek! We're so excited to debut the replacement PB&J van! This wouldn't be possible without a long list of generous donors! Keep your eyes open... coming soon!

Happy Birthday to Mrs. Webb. Her legacy lives on in the Lima Community.

Today, we celebrate the birthday of Margery Webb, a founding member of the Lima Community Foundation who dedicated her time to serving our community.

Through her involvement with organizations such as Market Street Presbyterian Church, the YWCA, the Salvation Army, and United Way, Margery helped strengthen the Lima community.

Today, we honor her legacy and the lasting impact of those who helped build the foundation for our work. 💙

When the community comes together we can do amazing things! The congregation of South Side Christian Church blessed Spread the Love with a van full of pantry items and a very generous check. Their gifts will help us continue to feed the hungry children throughout the city of Lima for MANY weeks!
