Feed the mind positive words

Some days I think the hardest battles we fight are the ones nobody can see.

The conversations in our own heads. The overthinking. The replaying situations over and over. The wondering if we’re enough. The carrying things we never say out loud because we don’t want to burden anyone else.

Life can be beautiful and heavy at the same time.

I’ve learned that what we feed our minds matters. If we only feed fear, fear grows. If we only feed doubt, doubt gets louder. But when we feed our minds truth, hope, grace, love - healing slowly starts finding its way in.

Not every day is strong. Not every day is easy. Some days survival looks like showing up exhausted. Smiling when your heart hurts. Fighting thoughts nobody else even knows you’re carrying.

Give yourself permission to rest. To heal. To grow slowly. To ask for help.

And if nobody told you today…

You matter. Your story matters. And this world is better because you’re in it. 💜🩵

Ladies from NOMBA came Tuesday to help out and brought things we use that don't get donation very often. Some of the ladies came as far away as Toledo. 300 lbs of sugar lots of bowls, ranch dressing, butter, and drink mix. They gave us the devotion, a song and the blessing we look forward to seeing the next year. God bless.
