Good morning my AZ peeps!!!

Sorry for the delay in posting the winners of the AZ S3 from the 3rd. Been a bit hectic on the home front.

Now that we’re only a couple days away from league on Saturday, and since all the bowlers in the tournament were our Desert Youth, thought it would be more fun (or funner, as Coach Julie calls it 😉) to just do a big announcement at league. That way we can cheer and throw confetti and whatnot at our big winners…

I will also post on here afterwards.

Take care everybody and see you in the lanes…❤️🎳

Last night was another reminder of why I love my AZ Bowling Family so much.

We had our 2nd Annual Scotch Mixed Doubles FUNdraiser last night and were blessed to have you guys come out and have (I hope) a lot of fun.

Prizes were won, balls were thrown, chickens were danced…it was an experience!

Thank you to all of our sponsors and donors this year.

A thank you to my lovely assistant last night Ali. We wouldn’t have raised nearly what we did without her wheeling and dealing at the ticket table. I even got to sit and enjoy some supper with her, time I cherish now more than ever.

And of course all of you, my bowling family. We literally could not do this without you. Yes, the Smith Family Bowling Scholarship Foundation gets to click the button that submits the scholarships to the Youth, but it is YOU that makes it possible. It is your generosity, your sharing our posts, your support that gives us our purpose.

I love you guys. Truly.

See you on the lanes!

❤️🎳

Sorry for the delay in this…it’s been…well, it’s been a couple weeks of life let me tell you…lol

At the AZ State Jamboree, I was surprised and shocked when this man called me to the “stage” for an announcement.

For those that don’t know, this is Dennis Brummitt. Anyone who has witnessed the Great Schnapps War of ‘24 knows him to be cunning and ruthless when it comes to making folks pay when it comes to fundraising (lol). But if you have ever heard him talk about his work for BVL (Bowlers to Veterans Link…PLEASE check out what they do, and if able, donate) then you know he is incredibly giving.

Which leads to me being called on the stage. Dennis told me he believed in whst we are doing for our Youth bowlers and presented us a check that was, well, tear inducing.

On behalf of my entire family, the entire Foundation, and all of the Youth this will impact, THANK YOU!

We are less than a month away from all the fun, excitement, fun, bowling, fun, music and did I mention FUN?

All my business peeps, this is where I come to you, hat in hand and ask you humbly for items that we can use for our raffles. As my last year sponsors can attest, you will be mentioned by name in all social media, at the event and promoted in our programs handed out to all in attendance.

What a great way to get your name out there and help us raise money for the Youth bowlers!
