THAT’S A WRAP ON OUR FIRST FALL FESTIVAL!

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU to everyone who helped make yesterday’s Fall Festival such a success!

To our amazing volunteers, caterers, donors, families, and everyone who came out to support us — we couldn’t have done it without you! We had a GREAT turnout, so much fun, and raised ONE-THIRD OF OUR SEASON’S FUNDRAISING GOAL!

As a new booster club, every dollar, every volunteer hour, every donation, and every person who showed up means more than you know. Your support helps us continue providing opportunities for our athletes, and we are beyond grateful to have such an amazing community behind Ohio Cheer Nation!

All of the 🍁 Fall Fest 🍂 chicken and pulled pork dinner tickets + money must be turned in by this Friday, October 9th 2026.

Tickets and money may be placed in an envelope and put into the "suggestions" bin at the gym (mounted to the wall by the Ohio Cheer Nation booster club memo area).

🚨🚨 Did you know??? 🚨🚨

Our O.C.N. Booster Club VP of Team Bonding, Catie Castle, is leading a monthly team-bonding experience for our athletes?! SO COOL!!!

💜🩵 OCTOBER'S TEAM BONDING = "BIG SIS + LITTLE SIS!" 🩵💜

The Gold Elite athletes will be paired with TWO younger athletes from our Gold, Teal, and Inspire teams for a special Big Sis/Little Sis activity! 💕

👉👉 Names will be drawn this week during practice, and then our Big Sisters will have the month of October to come up with a fun way to surprise and encourage their Little Sis!!

👻 A little “Boo Basket”
🎁 A small surprise box or treat
💌 A handmade card
✨ Or any other creative idea they come up with! 💕

✔️ They are asked to bring in their goodies: Oct 12th - Oct 28th 🙂

🚨🚨🚨 It does NOT need to be anything big or expensive! The whole purpose is to build relationships between our older and younger athletes and make our younger girls feel special and supported. 🥰 **PLEASE KEEP ANY GIFT ITEMS TO A $10 LIMIT**

• We ask that each Big Sis includes a handwritten or typed encouraging letter for her Little Sis — something she can keep and look back on throughout the season.

Our hope is that this gives our younger athletes someone to look up to while giving our older athletes an opportunity to be positive role models within OCN.

Our Ohio Cheer Nation Booster Club is still looking for Team Liaisons for THREE of our amazing teams:

✨ TINY TEAM

We would LOVE to have a parent from each of these teams step into the Team Liaison role!

As a Team Liaison, you’ll help serve as a connection between your team’s families and the Booster Club — helping share information, communicate upcoming events and opportunities, and make sure your team has a voice within the club. 📣

You do NOT have to do it all! Our Booster Club is a team effort, and this role is simply another way to get involved and help support our athletes and OCN families. 💜

🏆 POWER COMES IN NUMBERS!

The more parents we have involved, the more we can accomplish together — with our ultimate goal of raising funds and creating opportunities that benefit ALL of our OCN athletes!

LOCKERS ARE FINISHED!

The boosters worked really hard on these to give the athletes a space of their own; please read over this short list of locker rules with your athletes! Thank you and we hope they love them!! 🩵💜

Locker Rules
1. Be Respectful – Treat others, their belongings, and the locker area with kindness.
2. No Defacing- No writing in or on lockers. Magnets are okay, but stickers are not allowed.
3. Keep It Clean – Throw away trash and pick up after yourself.
4. Use Your Assigned Locker Only – Do not use or enter another athlete’s locker.
5. No Food or Drinks – Water bottles are okay; no opened snacks or sugary drinks in lockers
