West Ohio CAP We are a community action agency serving Allen, Auglaize and Mercer Counties in Ohio. We strive to improve the lives of low income families.

West Ohio Community Action Partnership is the designated Community Action Agency for Allen, Auglaize and Mercer Counties in Ohio. WOCAP provides programming to help low to moderate income individuals and families improve their situation. Some of the programs WOCAP offers include Head Start and Early Head Start, Parenting, Home Energy Assistance (HEAP), Homeownership, Financial Management, Fair Housing, Lead Abatement and Home Repair.

After a very challenging year, the fun, joy, laughter, and encouragement you brought to our staff was truly appreciated and much needed. Thank you for traveling to be with us and for reminding us of the importance of positivity, connection, and taking time to laugh together.

Our staff thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and we are grateful for the energy and inspiration you shared with all of us!
