Mark your calendar Kauai!

Some nights are about more than music. They're about coming together for our community and showing love for the people and organizations who care for our Kauai ohana.

The 7th Annual Help Feed Kauai Free Music Festival & Food Drive benefits two powerhouse organizations: Kauai Independent Food Bank and Malama Kauai.

We both make a meaningful difference in our community, and this is a chance to celebrate our work while sharing an evening of music, food, and aloha.

Join us on Saturday, November 28, 2026 from 3pm - 9:30pm @ Anahola Marketplace!

Bring a non-perishable food item to donate, a beach chair or blanket, and BYOB.

Please share this post and help us get the word out!

We hope to see you there! More info: DIRKDEBONAIRE.COM

Thursday Thrivin' with KIFB!
Know Your Carbohydrates

Carbs have a place at the table. Foods like whole grains, beans, and vegetables provide carbohydrates along with fiber and other nutrients that help nourish our bodies.

Knowing what's in our food helps us make informed choices with what's available. Look for fiber, check labels for added sugars, and remember: eating well doesn't have to mean eating perfectly.

Spooky fun, generous hearts!

This weekend KIFB was invited to participate in the annual Nightmare in Waimea event on west side and the community donated 850 pounds of food!

BIG mahalo to all the community members who donated, and to the organizers for bringing our community together. Your generosity helps keep food on the table for our Kauai neighbors.

Thursday Thrivin' with KIFB!

A little more color on your plate can bring a lot of nutritional benefits!

Fruits, vegetables, and mushrooms provide essential nutrients, fiber, antioxidants, and other beneficial compounds that support overall health.

Eat colorful, enjoy variety, and live aloha!
