As we wrap up our 2025-26 Leadership Central Kentucky program, we're reflecting on an incredible day spent exploring the heart of Clark County.

From healthcare and education to entrepreneurship and community development, each stop throughout Wi******er highlighted what it means to lead with purpose, partnership, and pride. We had the opportunity to learn from leaders at Centerpoint Health, Ale-8-One, Cardinal Community Center, Tee'd Off, and the City of Wi******er, each sharing how they are investing in their people, preserving community character, and helping shape a stronger future for the region.

One theme stood out across every conversation: growing greatness starts with investing in people and leading with heart.

Thank you to everyone who welcomed our class and shared your stories, insights, and vision for Clark County. As graduation approaches, this day served as a meaningful reminder that strong regional leadership happens when communities embrace their unique strengths and work together toward a shared future.

Throwback to Bourbon County Day!

In December, our Leadership Central Kentucky class spent the day in Bourbon County, diving deep into what makes a community thrive. From leadership development and executive presence to regionalism, economic growth, and relationship-building.

From hearing Erin Hunt Ferguson share insights on leadership and self-awareness at Hunt Brothers Pizza, to touring the iconic Claiborne Farm, exploring downtown Paris revitalization, and learning how collaboration shaped the City of Paris Solid Waste & Recycling Center — this day was a powerful reminder of why LCK exists. This program isn’t just about learning in a room, it’s about learning in communities, from the people shaping them everyday.
