This is a reminder that we are gathering for our monthly Depth Work: Healing Relationships on Tuesday, May 12, at Plant Ally in Leavenworth, from 6–8 PM.

This will be our final gathering before we take a rest for the summer.

Depth Work offers an opportunity to create shifts in frustrating or limiting relationship patterns—transforming how you relate to others and yourself. Through this guided group process, participants interact with others who “represent” important relationship dynamics, allowing new awareness and movement to emerge.

This work draws from approaches such as Family Constellations, Gestalt, Internal Family Systems, and Parts Work, while also honoring the subtle but powerful energy dynamics always present in relationships.
