As we wrap up the 2024-25 4-H year, and kick-off the 2025-26 year, we look back with heartfelt gratitude at everyone that has supported us this year ❤️

With YOUR help, nine youth, and their equine partners, were able to attend practices, shows, clinics, and fair, represent their communities, and most of all - find their spark, build real world skills and become resilient, adaptable, lifelong learners in 4-H ❤️

So THANK YOU to our ENTIRE community, it truly takes a village!!! Enormous thanks especially to Red-tail Canyon Farm, Leavenworth Lions of WA, Heidi Swoboda, Betsy Schweitzer, Kathy Wendlandt, Chelan-Douglas 4-H Equine Group, Chelan-Douglas County 4-H Club Program, Winton MFG Compost Works, City of Leavenworth, WA, Tillicum Riders, and Chelan County Expo Center for your dedication of time, talent, and resources. Ross and Marianne Frank of Red-tail Canyon Farm have been supremely generous advocates of Ponderosa 4-H for decades - helping ensure our youth in the upper valley have access to resources that support them in building relationships with horses and its impact on youth development. We have been so very fortunate and grateful for their dedication to this calling.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Marianne - a wonderfully kind, caring, and loving woman. Her beautiful soul, light, and love will be deeply missed by the community and especially the entire extended Ponderosa family.

Please join us in sending thoughts of comfort, support, love, and care to the Frank family during this time. ❤️🙏

It's back for the **70TH YEAR!! **🥳🎉🇺🇸! Our famous 4th-of-July Pancake Breakfast! Come help us celebrate and help support 4-H youth and their horses! Giant pancakes, eggs, sausage, coffee and juice - tickets available at Dan's Food Market TODAY from 11-6, from your local friendly Ponderosa youth, or at the event!
