The Poetry Room is series of open mic events that would excite the masses and bless the ears of patrons with tasty poetry. Each event has a loose theme that guests and participants are encouraged, but not required, to consider. Drop in to support your favorite local poets and make new friends! We encourage the connection of poetry of all forms and acoustic music. We hope to be a catalyst for connection, communication and sharing in Lansing through art and word.
