Did you miss today's Small Chamber Collaborative? Here is a nugget from our conversation about how to increase staff power: several small chambers work with their local Michigan Works to use resources from the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). The WIOA program helps youth gain skills to transition toward independent work long term.
