AUDITIONS ARE MONDAY AND TUESDAY! Want to do some Shakespeare this summer? Audition for our “killer” scene show “Shakespeare’s Baddies! We are putting together scenes that explore Shakespeare’s most fun villains! There are several great parts available! Don’t have time to prep a Shakespeare piece? No worries, we’ll also have monologues to read at auditions!

We'll be tabling with our friends at The Upstart Crow Theatre Co. this weekend. Come by to be entered into a raffle for free tickets, to come see what Upstart Crow is offering in their coming season, and discover what's happening at TCL this summer and fall!

This weekend come on out to the Boulder Creek Festival and say hi! We’ll be tabling at our own booth, handing out promotional materials for our upcoming season and selling limited edition T-shirts, the proceeds directly supporting what we do as a community theater. This is our first year tabling at the Boulder Creek Festival and we couldn’t be more thrilled by the opportunity to more directly engage with the Boulder community. We hope you’ll stop by and see us and if you do, tag us on social media so we can share your pics in our stories! We’ll have magnets for the fridge and candy for the kiddos so that should be more than enough of a reason to stop by and say hello.

Max has been involved with TCL since he was a lad. He has done so many shows here it isn’t worth listing them all, but he is very very stoked for this latest gig!

Here's a bit about Kamari Schneider
is honored to be making his debut with the Theater Company of Lafayette! He is currently a student at Metropolitan State University of Denver studying a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater. Other acting credits include A Few Good Men (Lt. Sam Weinburg) and Hair (Ensemble/Abraham Lincoln). He thanks everyone for attending and hopes you enjoy the show! Kamari is also our awesome fight captain for this show.

Here's a bit about Jaki Lawrence:
Jaki makes her debut with Theater Company of Lafayette. She has previously appeared as Sgt. Brogan in If It’s Monday, This Must Be Murder, E.K. Hornbeck in Inherit the Wind, and in multiple productions of A Christmas Carol. She is especially grateful to Hannah and this brilliant, hilarious cast for sparking her newfound appreciation for the world of Dungeons & Dragons—and perhaps even inspiring her to roll up a character sheet of her own. Jaki sends her endless gratitude to her fiancé, Rob, and her friends and family for their steadfast support and encouragement in all her many adventures, theatrical and otherwise.

Today we introduce the actors who play the evil cheerleaders in SHE KILLS MONSTERS.

Here's a bit about Mar Erikson, who plays Evil Gabbi:
Mar is a sophomore at Centaurus High School and this is her second production at this theater! Mar hopes you enjoy the show!

Here's a bit about Stefanie Oke, who plays Farrah the fairy and Evil Tina:
has been acting since elementary school, and loves bringing stories to life, whether it's through writing, acting, or reading to children. She loves community theatre, and has worked with TCL, Coal Creek Community Theater, and The Upstart Crow in the past. Some favorite past roles include Leila Arden in Rope (Coal Creek) and Lydia Languish in The Rivals (TUC).

In honor of understudy night, meet our understudies.

Emily Rager as Tilly's understudy/monster:
Last performing with her college theater company, Emily is delighted to shake off the rust after a decade hiatus in TCL’s She Kills Monsters. She’s grateful for this opportunity to be slain as various foe since you can usually find her slaying on-screen monsters off stage. Being received in such a welcoming and creative space, she’d like to thank production staff and her cast mates for all their hard work and dedication as it’s been an unforgettable experience.

True Kildare as Steve Understudy/Chuck swing/Monsters:
True had the best time adding their own zest to the lives and deaths of their many characters in this show. To Evil Gabbi - True sends a special thank you for fulfilling their wish by agreeing to do this production together. Your hard work inspires me and your stage skills in this show definitely kicketh ass! To ALL the cast and crew - True wants you to know their gratitude for bringing your energy and heart to this production both on and off stage is BIG…where it counts!

Madison Flewelling as Lillith understudy/Monsters:
Madison is throwing themselves into this production and is excited to return to the stage in such a fun show as She Kills Monsters. Madison is excited to combine several of their passions into one project, acting, props and foam sword making!
