For 10 years, the 24 Hour Citizen Project has been turning everyday people's ideas into REAL community change, and now it's Corrie's team's turn to step into the spotlight! 🌟

This special recognition took place during the 31st Annual Women of Excellence Luncheon, celebrating 50 years of honoring women's contributions and inspiring future generations.

Today, we're celebrating someone VERY special to The Confidence Campaign family — our incredible board member, Melissa Lyons Bowen! 👑✨

Melissa was recently honored as a 2026 Wavemaker at the 6th Annual Undercurrent Awards, recognizing extraordinary individuals who are making a meaningful difference throughout Acadiana!

And as if that honor wasn't amazing enough… Melissa was given the opportunity to select a nonprofit to receive a $2,500 donation, and she chose THE CONFIDENCE CAMPAIGN! 💜💚

We're opening THREE opportunities for girls ages 10–14 to join us for two incredible days of learning, laughter, new friendships, and BIG confidence-building moments!

This isn't your average workshop! We're talking:

We had some VERY special visitors at our InspireHER Center yesterday! 🦋💕

A HUGE, sparkly THANK YOU to Becky and Mary (2027 Queen 👑) of the Krewe of Victoria for stopping by with an AMAZING donation of hygiene and personal care supplies for our girls! 🛍️🪥🧴💗

But the REAL reason we're celebrating? 🎉

The Krewe of Victoria has chosen The Confidence Campaign as their philanthropic organization to support! 💜👑

These generous donations will help us continue providing essential hygiene products through our workshops and programs, ensuring that girls have the resources they need to feel clean, confident, and empowered! 💪🏽💕

💜✨ A LITTLE LATE POSTING… BUT THE CONFIDENCE WAS TOO GOOD NOT TO SHARE! 👑💚

Last week, our Confident 4 LYFE girls came together for two days of learning, laughter, connection, and some SERIOUS girl power! 💪🏽💖

And we're finally getting around to sharing some of the FUN! 🎉

From breaking the ice and making new friends to having REAL conversations about self-worth, healthy relationships, boundaries, and making positive choices… these girls showed up READY! 🙌🏽

And trust us, there was PLENTY of laughter along the way! 😂💕

Our goal isn't just to teach girls about confidence. It's to give them the tools to LIVE IT, OWN IT, and CARRY IT INTO THEIR FUTURES! ✨
