Congratulations James

Congratulations to Past Chief James P. Gallagher who was selected as the Grand Marshal for the 2026 Conshohocken Saint Patrick's Parade.

For many years as the Parade Chair, Jim was instrumental in bringing the parade to life annually and providing the opportunity to bring the community together to celebrate Irish culture. This year, Jim will have the honor of leading that parade down Fayette St in Conshohocken.

14 years ago today, we transported the 2 pieces of steel from the World Trade Center from JFK Airport in NYC to KPVFC for the groundbreaking of the King of Prussia Volunteer Fire Co 9/11 Memorial.

These 2 hallowed items would become the focal pieces of the area's most comprehensive testimonial to the tragic events of September 11th.

We were happy to welcome the runners from the Army West Point Marathon Team - West Point, NY who made their traditional stop at the King of Prussia Volunteer Fire Company 9/11 Memorial at King of Prussia Vol. Fire Co. today with the game ball they are running to Northwest Stadium in Landover, MD for Saturday's 125th Army Navy Game.

Thank you to Chick-fil-A King of Prussia for the food and drinks for the Cadets making the almost 300 mile run. A big thank you to the emergency personnel who are escorting them on their journey.
