A big thank you to RBFCU for supplying the toiletry bags that help us care for youth in such a practical and meaningful way.

Thanks to the generosity of many donors who provide the toiletries and essentials that fill each bag, we are able to distribute these care packages to foster youth. These items may seem simple, but they help communicate dignity, care, and support to young people who deserve to know their needs matter.

We are so grateful for community partners and donors who step in and help us love and serve well.

Today is International Day of Families, and for the young adults we serve, the word family can carry a lot.

For some, it brings comfort.
For others, it brings grief, loss, confusion, or reminders of what should have been.
At Unfaulted, we never take that lightly.

Our work is not about replacing family. It is about creating safe, steady spaces where young adults aging out of foster care can experience belonging, consistency, encouragement, and support as they build their future.

Sometimes family looks like a mentor showing up again and again.
Sometimes it looks like a table where there is always a seat.
Sometimes it looks like people who choose to walk alongside you while you heal, grow, and move forward.

Today, we honor the complexity of this word while continuing to believe that every young adult deserves to be known, supported, and surrounded by people who care.

Our latest Empowered was all about hobbies and interests, and it was such a fun day watching our young ladies try something new.

From hands-on activities to meaningful conversations, they explored how hobbies can support creativity, confidence, stress relief, and overall well-being.

We are so grateful for every volunteer who helped make the day special and reminded our members that discovering what brings them joy matters.

We are so grateful to Horace Mann for sharing Unfaulted’s story and highlighting the heart behind our work.

We are also incredibly thankful for the grant that helped us transform our office into a more welcoming and functional space for the events we hold, including Bible study and study hall. This space allows us to better support our members as they learn, grow, build community, and continue working toward all God has placed in front of them.

Every opportunity to share about the young adults we serve matters. It helps more people understand the realities of aging out of foster care and the power of consistent support, community, and opportunity.

Thank you, Horace Mann, for seeing the mission, investing in our members, and helping us share this work with others.

This statistic is heartbreaking, and it’s exactly why intervention matters.

Many young women aging out of foster care are forced to navigate adulthood, trauma, and motherhood without the support systems most people rely on. Without support, the cycle often continues into the next generation.

At Unfaulted, we believe cycles can be broken through community, mentorship, and consistent support. Healing changes generations, we have seen it firsthand.

Our Summer Carnival is almost here, and we can’t wait 🎡☀️

June 13 is one of the most joy-filled days of the year at Unfaulted. Games, laughter, good food, prizes, and moments our youth will remember long after the day is over.

But it takes an amazing community to make it happen. We’re looking for volunteers to help run booths, serve food, welcome guests, and create a day that feels fun, safe, and unforgettable. You can serve as an individual, family, small group, or team.

Mother’s Day can hold a lot of emotions. For some, it’s joyful. For others, it’s complicated. And for many of the young women we serve, it’s a reminder of the story they came from and the story they are working hard to rewrite.

The mothers we serve are some of the bravest, strongest women we know. Many are choosing to break cycles they were born into while learning, healing, and building stability at the same time. Every day, they are changing the trajectory for their children and creating a different future rooted in love, safety, and hope.

We see you. We celebrate you. And we are cheering you on every step of the way.
