Kamehameha Schools Hawaiʻi PTO Kamehameha Hawaiʻi PTO The Kamehameha Schools Parent & Teacher `Ohana is comprised of volunteer parents, teachers and administrators.

Its objectives are to:

• Support the academic and social activities of the school
• Bring together parents, legal guardians, teachers, administrators and staff
• Encourage and endorse projects to expand the educational enrichment opportunities beyond those offered by the school

The Board of Directors includes a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, grade level representa

tives and the school’s headmaster. The board establishes policies, provides oversight to chartered committees and determines programs to sponsor. The PTO aids the school in many ways: by serving as liaisons for grade level activities, operating the school store, coordinating a uniform exchange, and providing enrichment grants and a scholarship fund. The PTO will also be holding the Scholastic Book Fair for the students at elementary and middle school levels this school year. A major fund raising event supported by parents, teachers, staff and students is the Hoʻolauleʻa that is an event run through PTO. The Hawaiʻi campus PTO welcomes your support throughout the school year. Come and make a difference for our children and our school. The board meets once a month and also holds (2) Annual ʻOhana Nights per year. Happy Summer!!

Our PTO School Store 2026 Summer Schedule is now available!

As you clean out your keiki's closet, bring their outgrown or no longer needed, “gently-used” uniforms (must be in good, re-salable condition) to our School Store during our hours of operation. Uniform items can be turned in for an even exchange or as donation to our uniform exchange program.

Also, be reminded that PE uniforms are required for middle and high school PE classes. So mark your calendars to come visit us as they are exclusively sold at our PTO School Store.

Due to most recent tephra incidences and course conditions, we have decided to relocate our tournament to the Hilo Muni on the same date, Sunday, May 3rd.

Join us for our benefit golf tournament on Sunday. May 3, 2026 with a shotgun start at 8am.

Deadline to register has been extended to Wednesday, 4/29 at 11:59pm.

Please share this post with any golfers who would love to support our cause! 

This year’s Kamehameha Schools Hawaiʻi Class of 2026, Kaʻiolanaokaʻawa, are an amazing group of 143 smart, hardworking, talented and goal-oriented keiki that come from all areas across our island.

All proceeds of this Golf Tournament will help offset the costs of their GRAD NIGHT. Our goal is to create a safe, fun, all-night, substance-free celebration for our graduates.

We hope that you will join us on the golf course and share our flyer to any golfers that may be interested.
