Our Rise and Thrive program offers a safe and empowering space where you can gain strength, build resilience, and embrace positive change while also creating community with your peers.

Our series of FREE classes include goal-setting; resume/biography-building; interview/speaking skills; communication and conflict resolution; healthy relationships and boundaries; mental health, self-care and stress management; financial literacy and budgeting; and time management/organization.

Participants are provided a safe and supportive environment to learn, grow, and heal. Our holistic approach addresses not just the practical challenges of major life transitions, but also the emotional and mental health aspects. Our Rise and Thrive program is specifically designed to help women harness their inner strength and build the confidence they need to thrive.

Our team of experienced trainers, therapists, and volunteers are committed to providing individualized attention and support to each participant. We recognize that major life transitions and traumas can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate, and we are here to provide guidance and support along the way.
