They provide open space for wildlife and sustainable and renewable resources for humanity. This community is designed on what I call the American Freedom model. Small parcels rather than a huge place no one can afford. The Eco-Ark Project is just one endeavor on one persons parcel. Others are musicians, aqua-culturists and computer heads. Most all are into planting fruit trees and growing food. We
have self rule rather having to ask for consensus from a whole group with differing ideas, hope and dreams. Personal responsibility for your own parcel payments, so one doesn't lose anyone else's home because one was too lazy to get their stuff done. WE CAN work together and help each other with projects big and small. But we are not forced to, if someone is not reciprocating or there are personality or lifestyle conflicts. We have room to be different and live as we like, and for others to do so too, without getting in our face. Freedom for all to pursue their passions and live a self determined life.
