As a No-Kill shelter, Furry Friends allows the animals in our adoption program the time needed to heal wounded bodies and broken spirits before beginning their new lives with the very special people who open their homes and their hearts by adopting them. Furry Friends also believes that the answer to pet overpopulation and the suffering it causes is through sterilization, not euthanasia. Furry Friends has been a pioneer in low cost and juvenile spay/neuter since 1985. Furry Friend’s full service veterinary hospital is open to the public and is part of the overall charitable organization. Furry Friend’s veterinary clients receive top notch medical care from our three full time veterinarians and experienced and dedicated support staff. Our veterinary clinic is open Monday- Friday, 8am-6pm and on Saturday from 8am-1pm
