Junior Master Gardener is BUZZING into October! 🌱🐝

Join us on Wednesday, October 21st from 3:00-5:00 as we learn all about bees! JMGs will enjoy a fun, hands-on activity while learning more about the importance of bees!

Join us Friday, October 16th at 5:00 PM to learn more about 4-H Horse Club & the opportunities available!

Horse Club is open to students in the 4th-12th grade who are interested in learning about horses, developing new skills, and participating in fun activities and competitions.

No horse or prior experience required!

4-H Cloverleaf Conference 🍀🐻

We had the best time at Wahsega 4-H Center on Monday! Our 4-H’ers enjoyed an afternoon of workshops, recreation, & making new 4-H friends from surrounding counties!

🎬 COMMUNITY EVENT: Double Feature Movie Night! 🍿

We are excited to finally kick off Horse Club! Whether you’re already spending time at the barn, just getting started with horses, or just want to learn more - then this is for you!

Designed for 4-H’ers 4th - 12th grade!
Join us to build your knowledge & love for all things horse and learn about ALL facets of the Equine Industry.

• Cloverleaf Project Achievement workshop from 3:30-5:00.
• Please turn in all extra spaghetti dinner tickets and money (for those selling tickets)!

• Cotton Boll & Consumer Judging Practice from 3:30-5:00.

🍀 Wednesday:
• Fun with Scratch: Coding Made Fun Club from 3:30-5:00

🍀 Thursday:
• Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser Pick-Up at PHS from 5:30-7:00.

4-H Heroes Assemble 🦸🍀💥

4-H’ers in the 6th-8th grades are invited to join us for Georgia 4-H Junior Conference, November 14-15 at Rock Eagle 4-H Center!

Junior Conference is an overnight weekend trip packed with fun! 4-H’ers will participate in hands-on workshops, community service activities, recreation, and more! 🤩

🗓️ Event: November 14-15 (Sat./Sun.)
📍 Rock Eagle 4-H Center
🍀 Open to 4-H’ers in the 6th-8th grades
🚐 Transportation provided
💲 $100 per participant (includes meals, lodging, and activities)

📣 Registration deadline: October 28!
• A $30 deposit is required to secure your spot, with the remaining $70 due by Nov. 14.

• $12 per plate — spaghetti, breadstick, & dessert
• Tickets on sale through October 5 from a 4-H member or at the Pickens County Extension Office
