In September of 2019, our three-year-old cousin Noah was diagnosed with a rare cancerous tumor on his jugular foramen, and after 6 rounds of chemo, he grew a second tumor. The Sunny Days Ahead organization is Noah’s journey to beat Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis! Sage Grace (age 8) watched her three-year-old cousin Noah battling cancer, praying for him every day. She came to her mom saying she want
ed to help her cousin Noah because watching him go through this, even from afar, really impacted her life. Sage Grace held up a cross necklace that her mom had bought for her, and she said, “We should make cross necklaces so Noah and others can know God loves them and is always with them.”
So began Sage Grace’s business, and it’s been going amazingly well! The generosity of people around us who want to help make an impact for a much-needed cause has pulled at our heartstrings. Throughout this, we have talked with so many people who have been impacted by childhood cancer. The latest update on Noah is that he is in remission, and his last scan showed that nothing has grown back. From Noah’s parents, “So grateful for Noah’s grace, good humor, and resiliency through all this. And for our friends and family for the ongoing love and support. We couldn’t have survived without it. Sunny days are ahead!”
If you would like to purchase a necklace, please comment below or send a private message. The cost is $10.00 plus shipping and handling. Proceeds will go to several organizations helping children fight cancer. EVEN AFTER THE WORST STORMS, THE SUN WILL SHINE AGAIN. SUNNY DAYS AHEAD
Noah and his twin sister Saphi have always woken up before the sun comes out. When their parents ask them to go back to bed they respond with, “But sunny days ahead, Mama!” This phrase has helped Noah and his parents see through the clouds and give them hope.
