📱🐾 We’ve officially switched to Vello!
Many of you have already been using Vello and may have noticed your appointment reminders and other notifications coming through the new system. We’re excited to now have everything in one convenient place!
With Vello, you can easily view your pets’ information, book appointments, request medication refills, receive reminders, message our team, and more — right from your phone.
What you don't see - this also came with us switching up our payment processing system. Payments are now streamlined a little more efficiently while your pets are in our clinic getting care.
If you haven’t already, please log in to Vello or download the Vello app and get connected with your pet’s account. 💚

⚠️ IMPORTANT UPDATE
We will no longer be using Otto Flow for client communication. Please make the switch to Vello to keep access to all of these perks in app.
But don’t worry — you can still text our regular clinic phone number! 📱
When you text our number, your message still comes directly to our staff, just like before. A real member of our team will receive and respond to your message.
Thank you for helping us make the transition! We hope Vello makes keeping up with your pet’s care even easier. 🐶🐱💚

Let's talk phones! ‼️

While the fastest way to reach us is by phone, please please leave us a voicemail if we do not answer.
Everyone believes that the best time to call is 9:00am when we first open. Unfortunately, we have 1 receptionist. And mornings are one of the busiest times of our day.

This morning is a perfect example. She was busy checking in clients here for their exams, checking in surgery drop offs, and the entire staff was dealing with an emergency.
Meanwhile, both phone lines were ringing back to back.
We promise to call you back as soon as possible, but we cannot do that if you do not leave us a voicemail message.

Exciting things coming!! ‼️😊
Please bare with us during this time. We are transitioning to a new automated reminder and texting system. This may cause delays or issues with texts and emails for a few days, please call us directly if you need assistance immediately, or have waited over 24-48 hours for a reply.
There will be a new app, but same text in number (our main phone number). More information to come as the transition gets finalized and staff gets comfortable with the new system.

🐾Above all, our patients are our top priority. We never intentionally ignore calls or messages—we simply give each pet the time and care they deserve. If we're unable to answer right away, please know we'll return your call or respond as soon as we're able.🐾
