Smiles for Everyone Foundation

A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the mission of delivering smiles for everyone by providing free dental care to those in need, both at home in the U.S.

and around the world. Given the business of Smile Brands and the specialized skills of its affiliated dental providers, the Smile Brands team determined that an effective way to bring life to this mission is to provide dental care for underserved communities at no cost. This led to the development of the international dental mission trips supported by Smile Brands. The Smiles for Everyone Foundation (“SFE Foundation”) will in the future continue this philanthropic work that Smile Brands began.

🌿 On March 21, 2026, that same spirit of service extended to the community of Sitio Kilabao, Brgy. Kimadzil, Carmen, North Cotabato — where a meaningful dental mission brought care and compassion to our Manobo and Muslim brothers and sisters.

Led by the 7th Field Artillery Battalion, Artillery Regiment, Philippine Army, and made possible through the collaboration of Mapúa MCM, 7ARCEN/7AWPAF, and TOG 11, the team delivered essential dental care and health education to a community that needed it deeply.

This is what it looks like when people come together for something greater than themselves. 💛

Every smile restored is a reminder — no one should have to live in pain simply because they cannot afford care. 🦷✨

💙 On April 9th, over 30 volunteer dentists, dental assistants, and support staff came together to serve 201 women at the Central Women’s Correctional Institution in Thailand.

What took place was about far more than dental care.

For many of these women, it was a moment of compassion, dignity, and hope. A reminder that they are seen, valued, and cared for. From relieving pain to offering encouragement and kindness, every interaction mattered.

We are so grateful for the incredible volunteers and partners who made this outreach possible. Thank you for helping bring healthy smiles and hope to women who needed it most. 🦷✨

🇲🇽✨ Something beautiful is happening in Mexico — and it's only growing.

Our Mexico outpost is reaching deeper into underserved communities, all the way to a brand new site near the Mexico–Guatemala border. Because no distance is too far when someone is in need.

Here's what's been making it all possible 💙

🎓 A powerful university partnership is training and inspiring the next generation of dental providers — building a legacy of care that will last for years to come.

🧒 Dedicated pediatric dentists are giving children something many of them have never had before — their very first dental visit, filled with gentleness and compassion.

🤝 With the incredible support of partners like Henry Schein, Inc., our teams are equipped to deliver high-quality treatment even in the most challenging environments.

❤️ And most recently, our team had the privilege of caring for patients with special needs — a powerful reminder of why this mission exists in the first place.

At the start of the year, our outreaches in Kigali and Bugesera brought together returning dental students who were eager to serve and make a real impact 🙌

Despite heavy rains and challenging conditions 🌧️, the team showed up and delivered dental education, fluoride treatments, and screenings to school communities, including nursery-aged children for the very first time 👶🦷

Dentists and little ones? It can go really well… or really not 😅

But this time, it was something special 💛

These small patients were curious, cooperative, and open to care. One young girl stood out. She had significant dental needs, yet she showed incredible courage and willingly received her check-up and fluoride treatment ✨

Moments like this remind us why this work matters. One step in the right direction.

From islands to communities off the beaten path, our Smiles For Everyone Foundation Philippines Outpost is bringing smiles where they’re needed most! 🌏💙

In just 3 years, our team has cared for over 26,000 patients, including 100 at Lipas City Jail—where dental care replaced painkillers and lifted spirits. Thanks to incredible partnerships like Lollipop Dental, our mission continues to grow, one smile at a time.

The first Smiles dental outreach of 2026 in Rwanda brought care, learning, and hope together in one meaningful day. 🦷💙

Our team, alongside students from the University of Rwanda, visited a primary school to provide dental screenings and preventive care for nearly 200 children. This outreach not only helped identify urgent dental needs, but also gave future dental professionals valuable hands-on experience serving their community.

Together with the support of Smiles Brands and our partners, we’re investing in healthier smiles and the next generation of compassionate dental leaders in Rwanda.

Making smiles brighter across borders! 🌍💙

Our first dental outreach in Ngoma, Rwanda reached over 4,000 children, screening for dental issues and bringing care to communities where treatment is rare. Severe fluorosis affected nearly half the children, but with compassion and expertise, lives—and smiles—are being transformed.

Like Shalon, an 18-year-old whose confidence soared after receiving 20 composite veneers, every story reminds us why this work matters. Thanks to our partners Smiles Brands, Support DDS, Africa New Life, and DMC Hospital, hope and care are reaching those who need it most. 🦷✨

In Q4 2025, Smiles For Everyone Foundation Philippines delivered a dental outreach at SOS Children’s Village, providing essential oral healthcare services to children living in residential care. 👧🏽🧒🏻

The outreach focused on comprehensive dental consultations and treatment in a calm, supportive environment 🤍, thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of children, including those experiencing anxiety around dental visits. With limited access to routine services, early intervention and preventive care play a critical role in improving long-term health outcomes. 🛡️🦷

Beyond treatment, the program helped build trust and confidence ✨, reinforcing that health is a fundamental component of dignity. This impact was made possible through the support of corporate partners like Planet DDS, whose commitment helps expand access to quality dental care for vulnerable populations. 🤝💙
