Smiles for Everyone Foundation

A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the mission of delivering smiles for everyone by providing free dental care to those in need, both at home in the U.S.

and around the world. Given the business of Smile Brands and the specialized skills of its affiliated dental providers, the Smile Brands team determined that an effective way to bring life to this mission is to provide dental care for underserved communities at no cost. This led to the development of the international dental mission trips supported by Smile Brands. The Smiles for Everyone Foundation (“SFE Foundation”) will in the future continue this philanthropic work that Smile Brands began.

🇬🇭✨ Throwback to SFEF Ghana in Action! 🦷💙

Looking back at this meaningful outreach in Ghana, where compassion, generosity, and purpose came together to create healthier smiles. 🌍

During the outreach, Korker, a student who received care, and Principal Priscilla shared their heartfelt appreciation for our incredible volunteer dentists who provided free dental care and oral health education to students who might otherwise go without.

Moments like these remind us why every outreach matters. What started as a day of service became an opportunity to relieve pain, share knowledge, and make a lasting difference in the community. 💙

💙 Smiles That Serve

Our Philippine team continues to bring care and compassion where it’s needed most! Together with the Maa Police Station, Seven Arcen, and the Philippine Air Force, we served over 100 residents in Davao City through our second dental mission.
Because every act of service—big or small—can make someone smile. 😊

Every smile tells a story of hope, healing, and new beginnings. 💙🦷

We are deeply grateful to Support DDS for making it possible to bring life-changing dental care to communities across Zimbabwe and Rwanda.

In Zimbabwe, families finally received long-awaited care during our first major outreach—helping a father and son find relief from shared pain, and allowing a young girl to return to school pain-free. In Rwanda, a young child received timely treatment that stopped severe tooth decay, while new University of Rwanda volunteers joined the mission to expand access to care.

These moments of impact are only possible because of partners like Support DDS, who believe in equitable access to oral healthcare for all.

🚀🇿🇼 A New Beginning: Smiles for Everyone Zimbabwe Launches Its First Dental Outreach! 🦷✨

Every new outpost begins with a first patient, and in Zimbabwe, it began with families finally getting the care they had been waiting for.

A father and his son arrived suffering from the same persistent tooth pain.

Together, they received the treatment they both needed, ending months of discomfort. 💙

Nine-year-old Prisca had been missing school because of a painful toothache. After receiving care, she could return to the classroom without pain, ready to focus on learning again. 📚😊

Over just two days, our first outreach in Zimbabwe provided:
🦷 153 patients treated
✨ 301 dental treatments
🎒 250 children reached with oral health education

This was more than the launch of a new outreach,it was the beginning of making quality dental care accessible to communities that have gone too long without it. 🇿🇼❤️

🇵🇭 Three Islands. One Mission. 🦷

This quarter marked a huge milestone for the Smiles For Everyone Foundation Philippines Outpost! 🎉

With our first-ever dental outreach in the Visayas, SFEF is now serving communities across all three major island groups of the Philippines—Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. 🌏

Our inaugural Visayas clinic provided dental care, preventive treatments, oral health education, and dental kits to 163 local residents.

But behind every milestone is a person.

In Catalina Grande, our volunteer dentists met a young boy with cerebral palsy who hadn't brushed his teeth in years because the pain had become too severe. After receiving treatment, he was finally able to brush his teeth again without discomfort.

Stories like his remind us why expanding access to dental care matters. Every new community reached means more children and families can receive the care they need, closer to home. ❤️🪥

Seven Hours. Zero Cell Service. One Mission. 🇹🇭 🌿🐘

For children living in remote communities along Thailand's border with Myanmar, access to dental care starts long before they ever see a dentist.

Thanks to our partnership with Colgate, the Smiles for Everyone Thailand team traveled seven hours by 4WD through dense forest—into villages with no electricity and no mobile service—to deliver oral health education and essential dental supplies. Along the journey, the team even encountered wild elephants, a reminder of just how remote these communities are. 🐘🌳

🪥 More than 2,690 students learned proper brushing techniques and received their own toothbrush and toothpaste to take home.

These visits do more than teach healthy habits. They help identify communities where future dental clinics are needed most, creating a pathway from prevention to treatment.

Sometimes, access to dental care begins with something as simple as a toothbrush. 💙

🦷 She Almost Missed Her Appointment... 👧🇲🇽

A mother arrived at our Mexico Outpost needing dental care—but she had one problem: she had no one to watch her young daughter.

Instead of asking her to come back another day, our team made room. While mom received treatment, her little girl stayed safely by her side.

That same approach extends to every patient we serve. Children are given extra time during their first dental visit, older adults with mobility challenges are prioritized, and patients with disabilities receive care in a way that works for them.

Sometimes removing the biggest barrier to dental care isn't the procedure itself—it's simply being willing to adapt.

Because everyone deserves the opportunity to receive care. ❤️

🚀🇳🇮 A New Chapter of Smiles in Nicaragua! 🦷✨

A new chapter has begun for Smiles for Everyone Nicaragua! Through an exciting new partnership with Sonrisas Felices, our Nicaragua outpost has officially relaunched with an even stronger local team leading the way.

The partnership got to work right away in San Juan del Sur, where Dr. Alicia, local volunteers, and Sonrisas Felices provided dental care for 155 children and parents. It was just the beginning.

In just one quarter, the team completed:
🦷 44 dental outreaches
😁 1,369 patients treated
📚 2,000+ people received oral health education

When local partnerships grow stronger, so does our ability to reach families with the care they deserve. We're excited to see what's ahead for Nicaragua! 💙

🇷🇼 When $2 Stands Between a Child and a Dentist

💔 A seven-year-old girl came to our Rwanda outreach with untreated cavities so painful she couldn't sleep and was missing school.

The nearest hospital was only a few miles away—but her family couldn't afford the equivalent of a $2 ride to get there.

Thanks to our outreach, she received treatment that stopped the progression of her tooth decay and relieved the source of her pain before it became a more serious infection.

This quarter also marked an exciting milestone as four new dental students from the University of Rwanda joined the Smiles for Everyone volunteer team. With more students volunteering than available positions, we're growing local capacity to reach even more families who face barriers to dental care.

Sometimes the biggest obstacle isn't the distance—it's the cost of getting there. ❤️🦷

🇵🇾 One Neighbor's Tip Changed Hernán's Day

When 9-year-old Hernán heard from neighbors that a free dental clinic was coming to a nearby school, he didn't hesitate—he went on his own.

It was his very first visit to a dentist.

Hernán shared that his family faces financial challenges, and regular dental care simply wasn't possible. During the outreach, he received the treatment he needed, learned how to care for his teeth, and left with a smile and a heartfelt "thank you" for the team.

His story is one of many from Paraguay, where community dental outreaches are helping children receive essential care that might otherwise be out of reach—one child, one family, and one community at a time. 🦷💙
