Are you a current Family Child Care Provider with at least 5 years of experience? Do you have a passion for supporting and mentoring others in the Early Childhood Education community?

OCAEYC is seeking dedicated Vietnamese-speaking leaders to serve as Peer Guides and help strengthen and support Family Child Care Providers throughout Orange County.

As a Peer Guide, you will:
✨ Mentor and support emerging providers
✨ Share your knowledge and experience
✨ Develop your leadership skills
✨ Build meaningful professional connections
✨ Make a lasting impact in the ECE community

You will also receive a stipend for your contributions.

Qualifications:
Current Family Child Care Provider with 5+ years of experience
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
Passion for mentoring and supporting others
Commitment to professional growth and community leadership
