🥳 🎉 Congratulations, Hoosier families and teachers, for completing another successful year of helping our children learn and grow! We hope you enjoy a well-deserved break resting, recharging, and spending quality time with loved ones!🚤 🛟

These summer months also provide a great opportunity to prepare for the coming school year. Whether you are navigating the IEP process for the first time or are a seasoned veteran wanting to brush up on ever-changing guidelines, ASTra and Indiana Hands & Voices are here to support you!

The 2026 ASTra Level 1 Training begins on July 16th. Over four intensive weekly Zoom sessions, highly experienced, passionate Advocacy Support & Training instructors will give you all the tools you need to successfully advocate for your deaf and hard of hearing children and students.

This training is geared toward Indiana families and caregivers as well as educators and other professionals working with deaf and hard of hearing children. It is only offered once a year so that you are equipped with the most current information when school resumes in the fall.

Congratulations Mason!

Mason started getting OT with Allison to address shoulder dystocia when he was just 8 months old, and now he’s graduating from First Steps. Thanks to his outstanding early progress, he won’t need to continue OT at school after his 3rd birthday this month! Hooray Mason!
